We are a newly founded company that specialises in both drafting contracts and legal recoveries - both uniquely aimed at the small business owner and/or individual. We aim to to be more accessible and provide a more clear and concise path for those times when the law is needed.

We are led by Mr Brendon Kassel, who has been an admitted attorney since 2009 and who specialises in recoveries and contracts. During his career he discovered that the current avenue for obtaining contracts was too costly, and the process to recover debts too convoluted, particularly with regards to individuals and small businesses. Thus BKA Inc. was born! We strive to provide simplicity and a concise fee structure; both to enable a creditor to know exactly whether a debt is worth pursuing and how, and how to obtain necessary legal contracts even though you are not a big company.

Our brochures regarding legal recoveries eliminate the need for costly consultations, but our staff are always on hand to discuss agreements or any other issues that are more complex.

In addition, we also offer other legal services in different areas of law in an attempt to provide a holistic legal approach for all our clients.
